HQ Concierge, a white-glove service is also offered. It ensures seamless implementation and continuous back-office support at all stages, collaborating with local experts for tasks like incorporation, account reconciliation, payroll, and bookkeeping.

Growth Data & Analytics Intern

The Growth Data & Analytics Intern will support the team in data visualisation and analytics projects that help the company track performance metrics and improve our product offerings. You will be a hands-on team member and learn to sharpen your problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyse data from a variety of sources, including core product metrics, website analytics and CRM data
• Perform SQL queries and analysis, Quicksight analytics (dashboarding), Excel/ R analysis for regression and other models to find correlation/ behavior of use
• Assist the Engineering team in setting up data and product analytics infrastructure
• Develop dashboards, reports and presentations that communicate findings to key stakeholders
• Work with the Growth team to identify and test new growth strategies

Requirements

• Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or others for data manipulation, analytics and automation
• Proficiency in data visualisation. Familiarity with current tools such as Tableau is a bonus but not required
• Problem-solver: Forward thinking and ability to solve problems independently
• Entrepreneurial mindset - Proactive and hands-on, with a bias towards action
• Possess grit, tenacity, and adaptability to perform within a start-up environment
• Strong communication skills to liaise with relevant stakeholders
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Docs and Sheets
• Interest in blockchain technology, Web3 solutions
• Background in Accounting/ Finance will be an advantage but not required
