Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Developer Relations Specialist to join our team. As a Developer Relations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with developers, engaging the developer community, and promoting the adoption of our blockchain platform and tools.

Responsibilities:

• Developer Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with developers, blockchain enthusiasts, and technical communities through various channels such as Discord, Telegram, Twitter, developer meetups, conferences, and hackathons.
• Technical Advocacy: Serve as a trusted technical advisor and advocate for developers using our blockchain platform and related technologies. Provide guidance, support, and resources to developers to help them maximize the potential of our blockchain platform.
• Developer Support: Collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to understand the needs and challenges of developers. Act as a liaison between developers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and enhancement requests.
• Content Creation: Create technical documentation, tutorials, sample code, and other educational resources to enable developers to build applications and solutions using our blockchain platform. Contribute to developer-focused blog posts, articles, and videos to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our platform.
• Community Building: Foster a vibrant and engaged developer community around our blockchain ecosystem. Organise and participate in community events, webinars, and workshops to facilitate knowledge sharing, collaboration, and networking among developers.
• Feedback and Insights: Gather feedback from developers, identify their pain points, and communicate their needs to the product and engineering teams. Provide insights into developer trends, market demands, and competitive landscape to inform the development of our blockchain platform roadmap.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English, both written and spoken;
• Familiarity with blockchain technology;
• Proven experience in developer relations, technical evangelism, or developer support roles.
• Experience in Golang, Rust;
• Some understanding of Cosmos SDK and/or CosmWasm is a plus;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Great attention to details;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
