Are you looking to be a part of one of the most influential bridges in the blockchain industry and contribute to the crypto revolution that is changing the world? rhino.fi is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to cover the end-to-end marketing activities for the platform; a fantastic opportunity to join our rapidly growing team, working shoulder to shoulder with experts at an international level, building our brand.
Core Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our CMO, wider marketing function, and cross-functional squads to develop and deliver rhino.fi’s marketing strategies, acting as the driving force of their development and delivery across the company.
- With a key focus on driving acquisition and retention, and with a growth mindset, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of the marketing activation plans from start to finish, leveraging in-house specialists within squads and a network of partners. This will include all owned, earned, and paid content and activation across the platform.
- Track and optimize the customer funnel and improve conversions, using web2 and web3 native analytics tools, and conduct A/B testing of all marketing strategies to optimize for growth.
- Constantly test and review channel performance (owned and paid), developing bespoke strategies to help drive our KPIs.
- Enhance our data pipeline and establish best practices for team-wide data analysis and reporting, creating a unified weekly dashboard to track key marketing metrics.
- Investigate and leverage new external growth and data channels to boost performance.
- Review and optimize affiliate schemes, identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Focus on improving the customer funnel.
- Research, test and optimize new paid and growth channels to ensure a competitive edge, managing all paid channels to positive ROI.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand into new markets, particularly in Asia, using influencers and other activation methods.
- Support the development of target personas, running user interviews, analyzing acquisition performance, CPA, LTV, and retention cycles, leveraging data analysis to drive strategic decision-making.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of DeFi, highlighting cutting-edge channels to test and monitoring our competitors to help us maintain a competitive edge.
- Responsible for day-to-day campaign management activities such as monthly reporting, campaign performance summary, budgeting, creating briefs, meeting KPIs, and conducting data analysis to inform strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with development, design, engineering, and product teams to bring our brand to life at every touchpoint.
- Champion learning, testing, and growth mentality across the company.
- Have a data-driven mindset, reviewing monthly reports, challenging poor performances, and ensuring a consistent ROI through data analytics and performance tracking.
Requirements
- 4-5 years’ experience in a Marketing function, driving growth and acquisition.
- Experience working in crypto, ideally for a B2C product/project on an EVM chain, or a fintech with experience in growth hacking/building customer base, and leveraging data analysis tools such as SQL, Google Analytics, and Metabase.
- A strong interest in the crypto/blockchain space and the ability to copywrite for this audience.
- A proven track record managing campaigns from ideation through to execution across the marketing mix.
- Comfortable handling fast-paced, multi-stakeholder projects, keeping internal stakeholders and partners accountable, and able to deliver to tight deadlines.
- Proactive and able to problem-solve independently with a passion for data and delivering consistently excellent results.
- Experience with data/analytics tools is required.
- Experience managing paid channels/strategies is required.
- Experience managing/building websites and optimizing them for user experience and conversion is desirable.
- Experience managing social channels and crypto communities is desirable.
- Experience using ESPs (Email Service Providers) is desirable.
- A true team player willing to be flexible with the remit, adapting to the needs of a small but growing business.
- Native English level speaker & writer.
