About the Role

ZetaChain is looking for a Content Manager and prolific writer to help shape and communicate ZetaChain’s story in the blockchain and “chain abstraction” space. Key responsibilities include:

Develop and manage engaging content that showcases ZetaChain’s capabilities and vision. This includes blogs, social media posts, video scripts, user guides, and press releases.

Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with technical teams and ecosystem app partners to translate complex technical information into clear, accessible content, and with the business team to formulate key narratives and distribution strategies.

Stay ahead of industry trends: Dynamically react to new developments to generate relevant, compelling stories that keep ZetaChain top of mind.

Manage a content calendar: Ensure a steady flow of high-quality content across all channels.

Engage with the community: Respond to comments and messages, and participate in online and industry events to represent ZetaChain.

About you

The ideal candidate is an experienced writer who can create engaging, clear, and informative content, bridging the gap between complex technical information and an audience with varied knowledge levels. Prior knowledge and deep curiosity about blockchain and cryptocurrencies are essential. You will play a pivotal role in ZetaChain’s mission to be the number one development platform and choice for users to experience all of crypto.

As a Content Manager, you will work closely with our marketing, tech, and product teams, crafting announcements, guides, articles, blog posts, and tweets that serve our broad ecosystem, from novice users to experienced developers.

Ideal experience and skills:

2+ years of experience in content creation or management with an excellent understanding of blockchain technologies and ecosystems.

Strong written/editing and verbal communication skills with a strong storytelling ability.

Comfortable taking on short and long-term writing projects in a self-directed manner, and involving cross-functional collaboration.

Experience with social media content distribution and management (bonus points if you’re already familiar with Notion)

Resourceful, curious, and able to dynamically react to the market.

Bonus points for knowledge of SEO best practices and data analytics.
