IT Operations Lead (San Francisco Area Only)
We are seeking an IT Operations Lead with broad set of experiences. You’ll be the first dedicated IT hire for our growing team and report directly to the CIO. We are looking for an IT professional with a proven track record of successfully managing projects and complex workflows. In this role you’ll spend some of your time managing IT systems for a globally dispersed team and the rest of your time managing projects and programs. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow both their technical and leadership skills.
This is a hybrid role and you must be able to work from our San Francisco Office at least two days a week.

How You Will Help Our IT Program
You’ll help with and eventually lead the IT program at ZetaChain.
This Position Will Have Ownership Over:
Mobile Device Management (MDM)
Identity and Access Management (IAM) including new hire onboarding
Enterprise Applications: Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, LLM/AI Tools, etc
Internal Technical Support
Project Management for Cross-Functional Initiatives
This Position Will Help With
Data Analytics: Creating Dashboards and Reports
Requirements

Location
San Francisco (In-office 2+ days a week)
Tech stack: MacOS, Linux, Docker
Platforms: Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, GCP,
Experience:
2+ Years of Service Desk / Help Desk Support
1+ Years working with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools such as JAMF
1+ Years working with Identity and Access Management (IAM) and SSO tools
1+ Years of Data Analytics - Dashboards, Reports, Etc
Some experience with LLMs and other “AI” tools
Track record of successfully executing projects and complex workflows
Security Mindset:
Constantly anticipating and strategizing against potential threats and vulnerabilities in any system or process.
Security is a team sport and at ZetaChain everyone participates.
Bonus points:
Experience operating blockchain nodes and/or working with Web3 Technologies
Understanding of blockchain (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Cosmos); smart contracts (solidity, rust/wasm), p2p networking
Familiar with Cybersecurity methodologies & best practices
